Why do ETPN members get free registration?
ETPN2022, is the 16th annual event of the European Technology Platform on Nanomedicine. As part of the benefits of being an ETPN member is getting free registration to our annual event, including all sessions and social events.
How to become an ETPN member?
Nothing simpler! ETPN members are legal organizations. Just click here, follow the procedure and benefit from free registration for ETPN2022.
What is your refund policy?
No cancellation fees apply up to two weeks before ETPN2022 (June 6, 2022). If you cancel your registration less than two weeks before ETPN2022, full amount has to be paid.
Specific Covid-19 Cancellation Fees
No cancellation fees will apply, if you’re not allowed to travel or attend the ETPN2022 due to government travel restrictions and advisories. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
If the evolution of the COVID-19 imposes it, we will transform ETPN2022 in a fully virtual event. a special discount policy will be proposed for registration. If relevant, a consistent refund will be proposed to already registered attendees, within 30 days after the announcement of the ETPN2022 virtual event.

How may COVID-19 impact your participation in ETPN2022?
We are indeed carefully monitoring the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic in order the propose the safest & most enjoyable possible configuration of the ETPN2022 event. If the situation imposes it, we will switch to a hybrid, or fully virtual event. If we can hopefully organize NME21 as foreseen in Braga, please be sure we will follow the highest standards of sanitary conditions to make your participation safe. Note that all facilities will be set up according to the Covid-19 protection concept of INL.
My organisation is an ETPN member, how many colleagues can register?
As many as you wish! The two first delegates registration for ETPN2022 from your organization will get free of charge registration. Any additional guest will be charged at the preferential price of 170€ for the whole event.
Do you offer other ticket purchase discounts?
Unfortunately not. ETPN2022 price has been chosen in order to encourage all kinds of stakeholders with interest in Nanomedicine and emerging MedTech to join, from young academic students to industry. Large groups discounts might be discussed. Contact us!
